The temporary Dealer Trainee may audition as many times as he / she would like during the 30-day period.
Temporary Dealer Trainees will have 30 days to successfully complete the school and pass an audition for BlackJack.The school will record their hours worked and report the hours to HR for payment.Temporary Dealer Trainees will be paid $15.00 per hour while they attend dealer school.Please see your property HR for more details. Team Members that are represented by Labor Unions are not eligible for this program.Ĭurrent Team Members interested in attending dealer’s school, will need to email.Additionally, the school will be utilized as a training center for existing Dealers and Table Games Management to learn new games as dictated by business needs.Team Members and / or external candidates will attend the dealer school, as described below, and upon successful completion of an audition, will be offered a full-time Dealer position at one of our properties.
